Service Architecture & Non-Hosting Declaration

Kemo IPTV operates as a protocol middleware and streaming guide service. We do not host, broadcast, transmit, encode, upload, or store any video media, stream files, or audiovisual recordings on our servers.

All media streams and content feeds accessible via the service are delivered directly from independent, third-party upstream networks and providers outside our direct custody or control.

Where we receive a verified infringement notification concerning accessible content, we expeditiously review the claim, transmit the complaint to relevant upstream network operators, and take appropriate technical measures within our administrative control.

Designated DMCA Agent & Contact Information

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), copyright owners or their authorized representatives may direct all formal infringement notices to our Designated Copyright Compliance Department:

Alternatively, notices may be submitted in writing through our contact portal marked clearly as a "Copyright / DMCA Notice". Notices submitted without required statutory elements or sent to generic sales channels may experience processing delays.

Mandatory Elements of a Valid Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

To be effective under the DMCA, a notice of claimed infringement must be a written communication containing substantially the following elements:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

3. Specific identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as exact stream channel identifiers, URLs, or specific timestamps).

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Repeat Infringer Policy (17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A))

In compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), Kemo IPTV maintains and strictly enforces a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, of account holders, subscribers, or access credentials of individuals who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Counter-Notification Procedure (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3))

If you believe your access was restricted or material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
