Terms of Service
These terms explain the subscription, connection limits, service availability, renewals and refunds in plain language.

What you are buying
Access to a streaming service for a fixed term, at the device limit shown on your plan. Terms available are 1 Month, 6 Months, 12 Months.
You pay once for the term. Nothing renews automatically, no card is stored, and there is no contract to cancel.
Device limits
The device limit is the number of streams that may run at the same time. You may install the app on more devices than that; you may not watch on more than the limit simultaneously.
Sharing credentials outside your household, or reselling access, ends the subscription without refund.
Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Streams depend on your internet connection, your hardware and upstream infrastructure, and any of these can fail.
We do not publish an uptime figure, because we are not in a position to measure one honestly.
Refunds
The 7-day money-back guarantee is set out in full on the refund policy page and forms part of these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes are not applied retrospectively to a subscription already running.
