What we collect
Your WhatsApp number and the contents of your conversation with us, because that is how orders and support are handled.
An email address, if you give us one.
Payment confirmation details sufficient to match a payment to an order. We do not store card numbers; we never see them.
No website analytics at all, currently. See the cookie policy — this site sets no cookies.
What we do not collect
We do not log or store what you watch. The viewing itself happens between your device and the upstream service.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Order and support records are kept for as long as your subscription runs, plus a reasonable period afterwards for refunds and disputes. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will act on it.
Deleting your data while a subscription is active will usually mean we can no longer support that subscription, so we will tell you what the consequences are before acting.
