- Six device-specific guides rather than one page covering everything. This is the thing we have put the most work into.
- Support
- One WhatsApp thread from order to troubleshooting, rather than a ticket queue. Ordering, setup and problems all stay in the same conversation.
- Pricing clarity
- One price for the whole term, with the monthly equivalent shown next to it. The cheapest entry is $15.99 and the longest term works out at $6.25 a month.
- Refund terms
- 7 days, written on its own page with the real exclusions listed rather than hidden in the terms.
Where it falls short
- Roku is poor
- Roku does not permit the apps this needs. Mirroring works but it is a worse experience, and we would rather say so than sell you something that disappoints.
- No self-serve checkout
- Ordering runs through WhatsApp. Some people prefer that; some find it slower than a card form. It is a real trade-off, not a feature.
- We do not control the lineup
- Channel availability is set upstream and by regional licensing. We cannot promise that a specific channel or fixture will be carried, and we will not pretend otherwise.
